Many of us walk around with limiting beliefs, resentments, and blame not really taking the time to stop, reflect, reconnect and adjust ourselves. WE do it because we have some faulty wires that need to be removed AND replaced! But in order to do that it takes a level of awareness (I call that getting real with self). And it takes a level of consciousness and it takes a level of reflective thinking and action!
