The 2010 Deloitte Shift Index reported that 80% of those surveyed said they hated their jobs. They didn’t dislike their jobs. They weren’t irritated with their jobs. They hated their jobs. That’s pretty strong language.You spend the vast majority of your waking hours at your job. Theoretically Monday through Friday is divided into thirds. There are 120 hours in a 5-day work week. If you sleep 8 hours a night and work 8 hours a day, than that leaves 8 hours you can call your own. Again, that’s the theory. So what can you do about this hating your job stuff?
