While many believe that knowledge is power, knowledge is only powerful when it is consistently applied. Consistency may be the most important component of success. A small step forward each day adds up to a lot of mileage over time. I know this to be true because I’ve been consistent with a fitness regiment for several months now, working with a trainer and feeling myself getting stronger each month. Slowly seeing the needle move on the scale but uber excited about my dedication and consistency to my progress. You see, I’m not looking for a quick fix like many of you, I’m in for the long haul.
